Lots of info - but is is reliable?

I just paid a dollar to find out that Osama is still alive. Im really scared now, I thought he was dead. I am not sure that is a great starting point to begin examining the Apps digest of legal documents, in this case, international treaties. I will probably mostly be just geeking out, not relying on this. I wish Id had this when I was doing Model UN.
